I am Suzette Hibble. I am a mother, a wife, a photographer, an entrepreneur, a health advocate, and a friend. Like many of you, I, too, have had my share of health issues, which have led me to my chosen career as a functional health coach. I know all too well what it’s like to feel misunderstood, frustrated, and scared that no one will ever understand, diagnose, or let alone be able to help me.
If, like me, you are frustrated with the health care system and still searching for answers. Or, you have answers but don’t know how to implement the action steps needed to get healthy. Trust me; you are not alone. Mystery ailments plague our modern world from autoimmune disease, fibromyalgia, chronic Lyme disease, heart disease, and leaky gut. We hear these words tossed around, yet finding medical practitioners to understand them and treat them is a challenge for many! If you are one of the lucky ones who has found someone to guide you on your path, you are the minority; consider yourself lucky! If you have not yet discovered your ally in health, you have come to the right place. My life’s purpose is to help individuals find the support they need to get healthy.
I have spent 15 years diving into my health issues, studying Lyme disease, Mold, MTHFR gene mutations, hormone issues, and depression. I’ve been to so many doctors I’ve lost count. I was told, “it’s all in your head,” “maybe you’re just depressed,” “you are getting older; this is just what happens.” I’ve asked for all the tests from my Western Medicine doctors, and I am repeatedly told they can not administer them. When they did test, everything came back negative.
I eventually found my way to Functional Medicine doctors who were able to do alternative testing and diagnose Chronic Lyme and Co-infections. Finally, a place to start. It was still many more years before I fully healed because the process is a journey, and it is long and arduous. Walking patients through the process is not something doctors have the time and bandwidth to do, and it would be a time suck and a very costly one at that. In 2019, I met my Oriental Medicine Doctor, Dr. Patrick Lynch, who had also healed from chronic Lyme. I owe my wellbeing to Dr. Lynch, who took it upon himself to walk me through the ins and outs of Lyme Disease and what it takes to heal. I was on board and ready! 9.5 months later, I was healed and have since lived a passionate and vibrant life.
My hope now is that no one else has to go through what I did to get help, I am here to help you gain access to the best resources for healing. I am here to guide you step by step through your journey as your trusted confidant.
If you don’t already have a doctor, I can help you connect with one that has the tools to diagnose the hard-to-diagnose issues of today. If you have a doctor you trust, my goal is to help you understand your diagnosis and help you stick to a dietary plan to aid you in your healing through food and diet.
It may have taken 15 years, but I eventually found the key to wellness, and it was through diet and lifestyle. Like most people, you don’t want to waste any more time finding answers. Reach out to me for a free consultation to share with you what worked for me, and we can determine if it’s a good fit for you.
